NJF Golf™ is a performance golf brand built for players who demand more from their gear. Founded by Ryan Leonard, a U.S. Army veteran and passionate golfer, NJF.GOLF creates functional golf hats and accessories designed to perform in real on-course conditions. The brand was born after Ryan discovered golf while living on the iconic Tierra del Sol Golf Course in Aruba, designed by Robert Trent Jones, and quickly realized that much of the gear on the market prioritized style over performance.

Driven by firsthand experience, NJF Golf focuses on secure fit, durability, and smart design, creating golf hats and accessories that stay put through every swing, walk, and weather change. Ryan’s journey across world-class courses—from Kapalua and Wailea Emerald in Maui to Turks & Caicos, Barbados, and throughout New Jersey’s Monmouth County courses—continues to shape product development and performance standards.

NJFGolf™ was founded by Ryan Leonard, a U.S. Army veteran who discovered his passion for golf while living on the 15th hole of Aruba’s Tierra del Sol Golf Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones. Frustrated by gear that favored style over function, Ryan began creating performance-driven golf accessories built to solve real on-course problems—turning a personal pursuit into a brand made by a golfer, for golfers.

Today, NJF Golf™ reflects Ryan’s journey across world-class courses from Maui to the Caribbean and throughout New Jersey. Committed to giving back, he is an active member of the NJ Veteran Golf Association and proudly supports veteran-focused events. NJF Golf™ stands for performance, purpose, and gear ready for anything.

Meghan Kane

Meghan Kane, Director of Operations at NJF Golf™, grew up playing sports and discovered golf five years ago, quickly embracing the game and traveling worldwide to play alongside Ryan. Her athletic background and attention to detail help drive NJF Golf’s growth and day-to-day operations.

Passionate about functional, coordinated apparel, Meghan helped shape women’s designs like the Women’s CourseReady Cap with TriStyle Flexx™, blending style and performance. Her favorite clubs are her driver and gap wedge—and her biggest challenge is finding pink golf balls during fall rounds in New Jersey.
