Refund policy

We offer FREE exchanges for color/style and FREE returns for store credit. Additionally, customers can exchange for new products of lesser or greater value.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in resellable condition to qualify. This means all items must be in their original, sealed packaging, undamaged, and suitable for resale.
  • Due to the nature of our products, which are worn on the body, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges/refunds for opened or used items. This policy is in place to ensure the hygiene, safety, and integrity of our products for all customers.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be unworn to be eligible for return

30-Day Refund Window

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
  • Returns to the original payment method incur a 15% restocking fee. 

Initiating a Return

  • To initiate a return, customers must submit a return request through your Account Profile or reach out to our customer service team within the 30-day window.
  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions for sending the product back to our fulfillment center.

Refund Process

  • Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria for being unopened, unused, and resellable.
  • If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. If store credit was selected, we will issue a store credit within 1 business day.
  • If the returned item fails to meet the criteria (e.g., opened, used, damaged, or not in resellable condition), a refund will not be issued.

Exchange Process

  • Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria for being unopened, unused, and resellable.
  • If the return is approved, we will ship out your replacement within 1 business day.
  • If the returned item fails to meet the criteria (e.g., opened, used, damaged, or not in resellable condition), an exchange will not be processed.

Non-Refundable/Non-Exchangable Conditions

  • Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for a refund, due to the nature of our products being worn on the body and for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Any items not in their original packaging or missing components, tags, or accessories are considered non-refundable.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
