Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders.
Golf Balls and Ball Marker & Tee kit are excluded
After your payment is verified, most orders ship the same business day from our warehouse in New Jersey.

All orders placed through our webstore are processed promptly. We hold each order for 1 hour after being placed to allow for any last-minute changes or corrections. This ensures accuracy and the best service experience for our customers.
Orders placed before 3 PM EST/EDT will ship on the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Shipping Carrier & Processing Exceptions: While we strive to process and ship eligible orders within our standard processing timeframe, orders requiring USPS or FedEx shipping are subject to our Monday-only dispatch schedule. This exception applies regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates may vary based on carrier availability, destination, and dispatch schedules.

After the 1-hour hold, your order will be prepared, packaged, and shipped using our advanced fulfillment network to ensure timely and reliable delivery.
Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment, it cannot be modified or canceled.

UPS Ground Shipping (5 Business Days): Available for orders within the contiguous United States.
UPS 2nd Day Air Shipping (2 Business Days): Available for an additional fee, with costs displayed during checkout.
UPS Next Day Air Shipping (1 Business Days): Available for an additional fee, with costs displayed during checkout.
Please note that while we strive to meet our shipping timelines, external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or peak shopping periods may occasionally impact delivery times.

We currently only ship within the United States.
Alaska and Hawaii Residents: Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for standard shipping and will incur shipping charges. Special shipping rates apply, and exact costs will be displayed during checkout.
P.O. Box Deliveries: Orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses must be sent via USPS. Due to our current carrier pickup and shipping arrangements, USPS shipments are dispatched on Mondays only, excluding holidays. As a result, orders shipping to P.O. Boxes may experience additional processing and delivery time.
Remote Delivery Locations: For destinations classified by UPS as remote or extended delivery areas, NJF Golf reserves the right to select an alternative shipping carrier, including FedEx or USPS, at our discretion.

Please note that both FedEx and USPS shipments are dispatched on Mondays only, excluding holidays. Orders shipped using either carrier may experience additional processing and delivery time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor the progress and estimated delivery date of your package.

Shipping costs, where applicable (e.g., for orders to Alaska and Hawaii or for expedited shipping), are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. Applicable fees will be displayed during the checkout process.

We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed over for delivery. Any shipping carrier-related concerns should be directed to the carrier using the tracking information provided.
